Accounts Payable: - Ensure compliance with the P2P policy and handle the risks surrounding the PTP process map and implementation of key con - Manage and supervise month-end closing activities of accruals and proper recording of expenses (MOH, S&D and G&A) - Review contracts from procurement, marketing, and other functions with a summary of each contract for the amount, payment terms and SOA levels of authority. - Reconcile the A&M tracking in terms of recording the actual & commitment in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Conduct test of internal controls to sustain a well-controlled environment. - Reconcile Goods Received Not invoiced (GRNI) report on a monthly basis. - Follow up on discrepancies with vendors and provide the management with business related updates. - Prepare reconciliations for accounts payable with general ledger, accruals related accounts and prepaid expenses related to refundable deposits and provide monthly analysis for all type of expenses. - Complete the balance sheet reviews for related parts. - Work closely with planning to control the DPO and cash flow to achieve set targets. - Prepare a detailed and accurate monthly analysis of OPEX. - Handle external and internal audits, in addition to any tax inspection inquiries. Tax: - Work with tax consultants in preparing timely reports such as sales tax clearance, income tax position, imported tax, withholding tax and tax filling. - Ensure timely tax clearance from the Sales and Income Tax Department. - Review monthly company accounts from tax perspective to ensure proper filling. - Coordinate and obtain the necessary approvals from the Sales and Income Tax Department to conduct the process of damages (FG and RM). - Follow-up on business correspondence between the company and the Sales and Income Tax Department. - Attend, coordinate, and lead all sales tax and income tax inspections for Amman & Aqaba on timely basis. - Coordinate and follow up with tax consultants on all tax related inquiries. - Work in preparing tax reconciliation for income, sales, employee tax, and withholding tax.
