BSc Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical), or a BA in Business or Finance
2-3 years of experience in supply chain management in the FMCG industry.

Ensuring the loading of all sales trucks with the right product, quality, quantity at the right time with minimum costs.
Managing the daily outsourcing services in terms of labor and equipment (forklifts).
Managing staff performance in terms of daily and annual objectives, efficiency, safety, quality, and accuracy.
Planning and controlling employees’ working hours and overtime; as per working shifts and plans.
Ensuring the availability and readiness of empty pallets based on production plans.
Analyzing and solving problems, and developing action plans to rectify the same, based on best practice standards.
Ensuring the loading accuracy and the implementation of action plans to enhance the “time to sell”.
Participating in weekly Sales, Inventory & Production (SIP) meetings, production daily meetings, amongst others, as they related to (sales, control, quality, production, etc.).
Administering and processing WH related documentations, approvals, and transactions on adopted ERP system (SAP).
Ensuring safety procedures are implemented as per policies and standards.
Managing the operation of the “Auto-Mixing” to achieve daily mixed pallets plan with full optimization.
Participating and ensuring an accurate stock count process, data and results consistent with company stocks count procedure.
