QC Senior Technician

• Ensure that the processing of treated water is carried out within the PepsiCo’s required quality and food safety standards, keeping all the needed evidence/records of quality, cleaning and sanitizing documents that are accessible and easy to retrieve upon the need.
• Implement of all corrective and preventive actions as per good manufacturing practices within water processing areas.
• Implement all control measures and track critical control points to eliminate any food safety risks on finished products.
• Execute and monitor all water related daily reports.
• Monitor all treated water operations to ensure compliance with GMP and FSSC ISO 22000 standards.
• Ensure and sustain treated water areas cleanliness with full adherence to the good housekeeping requirements.
• Ensure all quality control forms are properly utilized and maintained. Update related SOP and forms when required.
• Safeguard all records and documents for confidentiality purposes.
• Provide continuous improvement suggestions of respective processes.
• Provide mentoring and capability building for WTU technicians.
• Ensure the availability of all required materials, spare parts, consumable parts, safety tools and equipment that guarantee the water treatment process flow is smooth and efficient.
• Ensure safe handling and use of chemicals, sanitizing chemicals among daily activities.
• Ensure the safety of the workspace during all daily sanitation activities in the presence of fumes, steam, corrosive chemicals, hot water, and report any incidents immediately to direct manager/ESH team
• Ensure that wastewater treatment operations are carried out effectively to comply with all local regulations and requirements; while keeping the needed quality reports accessible and easy to retrieve when needed.

• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

• Proficient with computer application (MS Windows) amongst others.

• Possesses the ability to deal with people and all levels of responsibility.
