وصف الوظيفة

Scope of Work: 

Develop & execute the area sales plans and achieve the sales volume, net revenue, market execution, and customer service objectives through effective leadership and maximum utilization of the area sales team.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Deliver & convert a clear and specific target (volume, gross revenue, net revenue, and market development objectives) to the Territory development supervisors within the area.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to area sales teams within the market and ensure they are properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their objectives.
  • Ensure proper rollout and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools (TU, HH) within the area.
  • Develop strong relationships with top accounts within the area, and ensure the right execution in alignment with the trade marketing team.
  • Report competitive activities to the TT sales manager as and when it happens.
  • Report infrastructure requirements within the area as per market needs to the Commercial Director.
  • Assess the sales staffing and skill requirements. Develop plans to address short and long-term HR needs within the channel.
  • Monitor trade payments and ensure compliance with the company policy.
  • Develop big account files and update them regularly.
  • Assess developmental needs to ensure department future growth and sustainability.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market to assess store execution and team performance.

  • Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG company for a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Execute and operationalize a business strategy.
  • Strong Negotiation & Presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership & communications skills.
  • Problem-solving record & managing front-line performers.
  • Ability to align & motivate the team.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Proficient in both Arabic & English.
  • University Graduate & Computer Literacy (Windows applications)
  • Arabic / English speaking.
