Gain new weighted customers, develop the current customers’ data base through leading and coaching the team, and representing the customers at JICE.

·         State and distribute a clear and specific target for each individual in respective team in accordance with the company’s targets.

·         Review and present performance VS target in weekly meetings, identify issues and take corrective decisions accordingly.

·         Guarantee precise implementation and adherence to the company’s programs, policies, and procedures.

·         Prepare and train the existing and new employees.

·         Ensure the implementation of ATU (Advantage Territory University) in full for all the routes and track the same daily.

·         Lead problem solving for issues facing assigned routes, areas, CRs.

·         Evaluate and oversee employees’ performance through practical training sessions and continuous feedback to ultimately improve performance.

·         Keep record of all work-related trips and market tours to track the progress and report progress.

·         Conduct the coolers count in assigned areas, as required.

·         Analyze and report assigned areas and routes performance.

·         Follow up and address customers’ complaints that are being escalated by the Customer Service Center.  

·         Ensure consistent availability in assigned area; to analyze customer’s needs, to be able to determine all the development opportunities in the area.

·         Communicate all the trade offers, marketing campaigns and programs that were rolled out by the company to all customers.

·         Ensure that the barcode and customers service stickers are posted in the customers’ outlets/shops.

·         MS knowledge.

·         Good English and Arabic communication skills.

·         Driving license (as per local regulations in the location).

·         Problem Solving skills.

·         Customer service oriented.

·         Cost-centric.

·         Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
