Agriculture Engineer (Relocation to Dammam, KSA)

We are seeking a highly skilled Agriculture Engineer with at least six years of hands-on experience in modern cultivation systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and managing controlled-environment agriculture operations to ensure high productivity, sustainability, and crop quality, and will be based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent experience in tissue culture, including micropropagation, media preparation, and contamination control.
• Excellent experience in hydroponic systems, with strong knowledge of nutrient management, EC/pH control, and system troubleshooting.
• Well-versed in greenhouse management, including climate control, irrigation, pest/disease management, and crop scheduling.
• Strong experience in vertical farming, including LED lighting strategies, environmental control, and space optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with precision agriculture tools and software.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and interpret crop performance data.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture and resource-efficient production models.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture Engineering, Plant Science, or related field
