Finance Planning Supervisor- Operations

• Support and facilitate development of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Plan, and Forecasts from and operational point of view.
• Support the development of CAPEX proposals by:

- Providing analytical and modeling support.

- Coordinating cross-functional and tax/treasury/accounting inputs.

- Developing proposals for approval.

• Full P&L analysis, Actual Vs. AOP in terms of Price, Volume, Mix Analysis.
• Track & report commodity performance and highlight key risks.
• Track, analyze and report monthly cash flow performance and work with the functions on CF initiatives to deliver JICE Free CF targets.
• Work Closely with the operations team to analyze the operational expenditures as well as optimize the cost by analyzing the cost driver.
• Prepare and report the monthly results, group reporting package & company score card as well as B.O.D presentations.
