Job Description
Devise and ensure consistent execution of JICE HR general agenda with focus on enabling organizational development for the whole population to increase organizational effectiveness; through creative initiatives, activities, and projects; to ultimately achieve the functional and organizational goals.
- Create partnerships with the different functions to guide company policies, values, HR programs, administration and interpretation to ensure respective HR policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner, to ultimately serve JICE employees, and achieve organization goals.
- Effectively manage assigned HR general projects with overlapping tasks in a structured manner.
-Work in close collaboration with the recruitment team on recruitment and on-boarding activities and act as back-up when the need arises.
-Work in close collaboration with the C&B team on reward and recognition, and joint OD events and activities.
-Work closely with HR management team on developing the OD roadmap derived from functional strategic HR objectives, to cover the whole JICE population.
-Effectively administer the performance management process for JICE professional and frontline employees (Adaai and PDR), from objective setting to accurate submission of final employees’ performance results.
-Ensure employees’ development by conducting (Training Needs Analysis), devising a training plan/calendar, and executing the plan within the set budget.
-Plan and execute JICE organizational health surveys, and administer the process as per agreed timelines, to finally provide analyses and actions plans; to further improve organizational health.
-Consistently communicate and report OD activities progress to direct manager.
-Plan and conduct HR related awareness/refresher sessions to increase employees’ knowledge of JICE processes, and enhance employees’ engagement (PDR/Adaai process, CoC, Values, In-touch sessions).
-Administer organizational design on HRIS system (SAP SF) and ensuring JICE organizational structure is accurately reflected in the system.
-Initiate new ideas covering organizational development and culture; to increase each area’s positive impact on employees.
-Review, update and reinforce relevant HR policies and process maps.
-Continuously update JICE organizational structures covering the full population.
-Monitor and report monthly HR KPIs as they relate to organizational development.
