Job Description

Scope of Work:

This role mirrors functional HRBP role in JICE which is responsible for handling the implementation and success measurement of recruitment, Organizational Development programs, and training activities for specific functions within JICE. In addition, this role is responsible for building and maintaining the overall culture, values and work environment within JICE departments. The assigned person will work under the guidance & supervision of HRBP and broadly connected with HRD, Compensation & Benefits Manager and Supervisors/Managements Teams in all Functions.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Partner with function heads and capability departments to tackle and plan all HR needs on the short term and long term.

 

 

  • Manage the functional recruitment needs as per the manpower, AOP and recruitment KPIs. In addition, run Employee engagement activities internally and externally.

 

 

  • Ensure effective & timely management of the professional and frontline Performance Management Process (PMP) for the company to ensure compliance with regional/local guidelines.

 

 

  • Ensure Talent Development of staff by building the capability calendar derived from Training Needs Analysis and run the trainings needed within the set budget.

 

 

  • Handle functional & company culture activities in coordination with the team.

 

 

  • Maintain JICE Diversity & Inclusion plan (D&I) to ensure efficient implementation of diversity numbers & improve the inclusive culture.

 

 

  • Activate communication plan through the different communication tools to increase the “in touch” between all levels at JICE.

 

 

  • Facilitate & Co-Facilitate Career, Cultural and leadership trainings to support talent development as per the capability calendar.

 

 

 

Experience Required:

  • Comprehensive HR generalist experience for 2-4 years.
  • FMCG industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of the Jordanian Labor law.
