Pre-Seller

The Pre-seller (PS) role contributes to the success of JICE by executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts. This person is responsible to manage key customer relationships and deliver against annual operating plans.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
• Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
• Ensure accurate handling of the administration of field communication, pricing accuracy, and short pay management Inventory of refrigerators.
• Continually monitor the inventory of customers refrigerators.
• Utilize key selling processes (internal PEPSI way to sell, Pre/Post Call Planning, and EDGE).
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
• Ensure customers are complying with agreed contract requirements, and ensure communication and alignment of initiatives.
• Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals.
• Work monthly and annual reconciliations.
• Sign customer’s invoices.
• Find new selling opportunities.
• Ensure the availability of the main varieties’ stocks in warehouses, and display innovation and participate in promotional campaigns.
• Ensure the provision of pricing on all sites covering all company's products.
• Ensure the delivery of orders to customers correctly and promptly.

• MS knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Driving License (as per local regulations in the location).
