Pre Seller/ MT

The Pre-seller (PS) role contributes to the success of JICE by executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts. This person is responsible to manage key customer relationships and deliver against annual operating plans.

Key Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
• •Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
• •Ensure accurate handling of the administration of field communication, pricing accuracy and short pay management Inventory of refrigerators
• •Continually monitoring inventory of customers refrigerators
• •Utilize key selling processes (internal PEPSI way to sell, Pre/Post Call Planning and EDGE)
• •Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
• •Ensure customers are complying with agreed contract requirements, and ensure communication and alignment of initiatives
• •Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
• •Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals
• •Work monthly and annual reconciliations
• •Sign customer’s invoices
• •Find new selling opportunities
• •Ensure the availability of the main varieties stocks in warehouses, innovation and participation in promotional campaigns.
• •Ensure the provision of pricing on all sites and the company's products.
• •Ensure delivery of orders to customers correctly and on time agreed.

• MS knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Driving  License

B.A in Business Management or related field.
