Projects Coordinator (One Year Contract)

Scope of work:

Effectively directs and manages all projects' activities to ensure the completion of projects safely, efficiently, promptly and within the approved budgets and deliverables.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan to track projects progress.
• Full implementation of contactor management procedures, in addition to conducting change management pans and risk assessments; to ensure efficient and safe implementation of the projects.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders internally and externally and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resources availability and allocation.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate the projects' progress to management.
• Perform risk management to mitigate project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist in leading the project's activities on the plant during his/her duties.
• Assist in preparing the CAPEX / Contract forms and justification for the projects.

• Good knowledge of Electrical systems and projects managements.
• Good knowledge of using the computer, Excel, word and MS projects, AutoCAD is a plus .
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Possess leadership abilities and the capability to deal with people at all levels of responsibility.
• Drive for results.
