Job Description
Role:
Significantly drive sales operations’ productivity through design, implementation, and sustainment of new technology tools and researches
Accountabilities:
1. Optimizing RoutingBy rerouting project using the road net system, action planning, conducting studies and finding opportunities, assessing the current situation, finding out the gaps, and coming up with optimized solutions (strategic phase)
2. Handheld Data TransformationBy handling the suppliers’ contract; H.H devices in addition to the related accessories and spare parts, recurring maintenance, any enhancements and updates on the H.H must be prepared and applied. Continuous follow up with the BIS team, supervising the H.H team and tracking their performance
3. Handling the Master DataData cleansing, monthly and weekly validation, data quality assurance (track the master Data in coordination with the sales team with regards to customers)
4. Handling the Business KPIsRoute efficiency, strike rates and route commitment, by enhancing the %, and providing the management with reports on a timely manner. Conducting awareness sessions to discuss the P&L % by routes, and arranging summaries for any development needed,Time to SellLeading to improve the time to sell; e.g.3G project in the H.H side. Tracking the truck time out by CRs by conducting awareness sessions to the related parties, and arranging the barcodes once requested

- Report Incidents clearly to QA & EHS Manager and for Food Safety issue report to Food Safety & QA Supervisor and take preventive quality measures to prevent production of defected product.
