Supply Chain Planning Specialist

• Supervising the weekly production schedule and updates in co-ordination with the Production Manager, the Product Availability Manager (PAM) and the Sales Team to maintain inventory at optimum levels.
• Preparing the daily production schedule in a smart way considering all inputs; stock levels, Warehouses capacity, weekly/daily sales targets, & manufacturing capacity.
• Preparing daily production schedule adherence report and share it with related functions team.
• Revising production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions and update the needed schedules on time.
• Supporting in the preparation and tracking the daily/weekly product availability’s main KPI’s.
• Supporting and following-up on the marketing agenda of new items scheduling at lines.
• Supporting the procurement agenda of new raw materials trials at lines.
• Training new members of the team.
• Organizing the daily records and documents.
• Other additional tasks related to product availability needs and company requirements.
